The swim team was started in 1999 and is a fun summer organization for children age 5 up to the age of 18. Anyone can be on the swim team if they can swim one length of the pool without stopping or touching the bottom.
The swim team is a member of the Suburban East Swim League (SESL), which is made up of 4 local swim teams (New Albany Links, Foxboro, Hunter's Ridge and Eastmoor). Participants MUST be a social member at New Albany Links. The swim team is run by a board of volunteer parents in conjunction with New Albany Links, which provides the facility and supports the team. Parents are asked to volunteer their time during swim meets.
